Five years ago I had someone make a custom exhaust for my project bike, and I was never happy with the fit and finish of it. I was so frustrated about it that I lost interest in working on my project bike. Finally, with the help of my son David, I was able to tackle this project to replace the old with a brand new, homemade exhaust system. I did all the cutting and prepping of the parts, and David did all the welding, and it turned out awesome! Here are a ton of pics to show the process! Now I’m excited and motivated to get this bike back on the road!
