We need a little bench for the front entry to our new home, and I want to do something different this time. I found the image of a seahorse, and I’m using this shape for the legs. Here are some pictures of the process. Enjoy!

Moving a piece of 1/2″ plate onto the cutting table. -

I cut the pieces for the seat out of 12ga, and the front edge of the seat is slightly shaped also. -
After tack welding the front edge. -
