Yesterday and today I continued to work on my tool boxes. I was able to install all the hardware into the cabinets and fabricate all the drawers. Tomorrow I will finish this part of the project with completing all the drawer fronts. Here are some pictures!

After completing the cabinets, I installed all the drawer slides. -
After measuring the final dimensions for the drawers, I ran a test drawer to make sure it will work for all the pieces. -
I riveted the hardware to the drawer box before folding the sides, front, and back. -
Here are some closeup pictures of the first drawer. -
Here is the inside of the drawer. -
Everything looked good on the first one, and I layed out complete sheets and started cutting all the drawers. -
All the drawers are installed. It feels good to have this part completed. -
These are full extension, 24″ deep drawers. I will have a lot of storage in my new welding table! -
Another picture of the drawers. -
At the end of the day, I stared working on the drawer fronts with the pulls. -
I cut a drawer front and clamped it to my welding table, using a angle profile for the pull. It is welded from the back side. -
