I was not able to find any tool drawer boxes that would fit the dimensions of my welding table base, so I decided to build my own! Here are the pictures to show the process of building the boxes. As soon as I will have the drawer slides, I will start to build the drawers.

Here is the outline for one cabinet cut, with mounting holes for drawer slides, and slots for bending. -
Transfering the piece from the plasma table to my welding table. Ready for grinding and preping for bending. -
First bend! -
The bending is done by hand, and because of the slots it is very consistent and accurate. -
The box is folded and ready to receive its back panel. The two cutouts will allow me to lift the boxes from the top. -
The back panel is cut to fit and welded in place with a 3/8″ setback. -
A 3/4″ square tubing is added to the top edge for support. -

I made these two boxes first, as they are identical in size.
