After working through some additional features for my new welding table, I was ready to get started. Sadly I developed a serious head cold, that took me out of commission for the first few days, and slowed me down for the rest of this week. But I was able to make a little progress anyway!

After cutting all the legs, I cut all the square holes on my CNC Plasma table. -
Next was cutting the base plates , and getting them drilled and tapped for adjustable legs. -
Here I’m tapping the top plates of the legs. -
Tack welding the top plates to the legs. -
My welding cube allows my hands to rest at the right height for welding these pieces. -
All the top plates welded! -

All the base plates are welded in place. and the legs are ready for the next step. -
I’m drilling mounting holes for the base frames. -
