Here are some more pictures of fabricating other components of this display wall. I had to make depth adjustable filler pieces around windows and for the ends of the display wall. There is also a continuous bench seat of 52′ length, which required a support frame for the quarz top. After a few days of getting it all done, it was finally ready to go to the powder coating company on Monday.
Milling some slots into steel angles to allow depth adjustments on wall fillers and window surrounds.

A picture of the inside.
A closeup uf the set screw and nut.
Here is one of the two frames, based on the same principle, as a window surround,
Another picture. The square tubing is bolted to the frame to make it more managable for fabrication and powder coating.
Next step was fabricating the support frames for the bench seat. Here I’m welding the outside corners and spreaders.
Finish welding the inside corners.
Mounting tabs to screw the frame to the top of storage cabinets under the bench seat.
The corner tabs.
All mounting tabs welded in place.
Here are the frame numbers welded to the frame for instalation. This will easily be visible after powder coating.
Drilling the holes into the back of the frames to be able to bolt them to the vertical steel posts.
I love my little MAG-drill! It comes in handy so many times!
All parts on pallets and ready to go!
Herer are all the steel components of the display wall.
