Test Cut on 3″x 3″ Steel Angle

I have a potential project coming up, building a cart to hold various sizes of bar clamps for a cabinet shop. I want to use 3″x 3″ steel angle profiles to carry the clamps. To do so I have to cut slots into these pieces. I came up with a solution to hold those angles in place on top of my water table and gave it a try. It worked like a charm, except for the smoke and dust during the cutting process, which gave me a greater appreciation for having my water table. Here are some pics and a video clip!
