A local cabinetshop is in need of a base frame on casters for a custom cabinet. The frame is welded from 2″ x 2″ steel tubing with 3/16″ wall thickness for added ridgidity and strength. The client provided a sample caster for the layout of the caster plates. After a quick CAD drawing I was ready to go. Here are the pictures!

The caster plates after plasma cutting. I marked the mounting holes of the caster with a marker to drill the bolt holes in the correct location. -
