With the legs completed, I was able to cut all the pieces for the frames, and I was welding and grinding away on this project! My welding table with all he stronghand fixtures, and some of my homemade fixtures, allow me to build something like these table bases in a very efficient and consistent way. Here are some more pictures to show the process!

Here is the little setup to weld the frames together. Everything is clamped in place and held in place nice and square for welding. -
Finish grinding using my bench dogs, which I simply pulled out of the legs of the welding table and clamped to the top to hold my frames for grinding. -
Using my stronghand fixtures again to ensure all the legs are welded in the correct location. Here is the setup for leg #1. -
