After having all steel components ready for finishing, I delivered everything to JIT Powder Coating in Farmington on Monday morning. They did an incredible job, getting it all done for pickup by Thursday. I was able to deliver all the pieces to JD-Woodworking in Lakeville, and started to reassemble the whole display. This allowed JD to fit all the laminated panels to my steel components before shipping to the first tradeshow in Colorado. Here are the pictures of the setup!
All the steel components ready to be loaded in a truck to be shipped to JIT Powder Coating in Farmington.
After powder coating, starting to set up the display at JD-Woodorking.
Most of the steel components will be covered by high-gloss laminated panels.
Here are the first couple steel shelves bolted into place.
Getting ready to mount the center mirror to the display wall, after the bench seat has been installed.
All the laminated panels have strong earth magnets incorporated into the backside. These magnets will snap onto the steel frames and hold the panels in place.
All the face panels have been snapped into place between the shelves and under the bench seat.
Here is a view of the whole display from the left side.
A panel with illuminated lettering has been added to the left end panel.
