After getting the sheet metal for the shelves folded, they were ready for the next steps. This was a big part to get completed, and again, David was willing to help me out a few hours here and there after his workday. It all came together in the end, and here are some images of the process to get there!
All the ends are finish welded into the folded sheet metal, and finished for the next step.
All the mountig plates are drilled and ready to have the bolts welded in place.
The mounting plates are clamped and stitch welded into place.
