The last couple days were brutal because of the heat and humidity in the shop, as I was continue to weld on this project. I made myself a little fixture to help me hold the shelf supports in place for welding, and it worked pretty slick! Here are more pictures!
Here is the little fixture I made to hold the 1″ square tubing in place perfectly vertical for welding.
The nuts and bolts allow for vertical adjustment to ensure consistent squareness.
Here is a piece of tubing clamped into the jig.

My pipe stand supported the 12′ posts on each side of the table.

All of it fit nicely on a large pallet, which makes it easy to move it around the shop and getting it ready for shipping at some point!
