I started welding yesterday, and was able to make some progress! There are two different designs in the making. One is a large, 44″ wide by 96″ long, and 42″ tall table, and the other ones are four tables, each 32″ by 32″, and also 42″ tall. As you look at the images, you will recognize the differences! Enjoy!
Tacking on end caps on the table bases.
After finish welding all the endcaps, the next step was to weld the table base crosses together.
Another step in that process!
All completed!
Making plates for the leg levelers for the big table.
They fitted nice and snug, so I could tap them in place with a hammer. Ready for welding!
All plates welded into the bottom of the legs.
Tack welding the top plates in place.
All top plates welded!
Starting to get ready to weld the big table base together.
My welding table is the best tool I have to ensure everything is straight and square.
