Here is a simple job, and I like those too! Just some cutting, drilling, grinding, and welding. It kept me busy for a day!
To get the best yield, I decided to cut the parts out of the 20′ long, 3″ x 3/8″ flat bar.
To keep it upright for cutting, and more manageble, I clamped some angle iron pieces to the infeed side of my dry cut saw.
After cutting and grinding the cuts, I marked all the pieces for grinding the areas in preperation for welding the posts.

Grinding away!
There is a total of 26 pieces, so setting up some fixtures to hold it all in place made a lot of sense.
