Over the weekend and yesterday I had a chance to cut all the panels and to complete all the remaining pieces. Today I went back into woodworking for a few hours to fabricate a shipping frame for all the panels. This will work great to move the panels from my shop to the powder coating company, and from there to the jobsite. Feel free to have a look!
After welding all the spacers in place, I bolted all the panels together to take a picture.
Another view!
These panels are cut from 10ga mild steel and quite hefty!
Another view! The nuts and bolts are stainless steel.
Cutting some 2×4’s on my saw!
Bolting the shipping frames together.
Starting to stack with the largest panel on the bottom.
The frames sit between the panels.
A little cross member to support the little trees.
All stacked and ready to go to the powder coating company!
